Our guests will have the opportunity to be tempted by discovering oenological and gastronomical routes while tasting the typical wines and dishes of our tradition.
In Valsugana, on Caldonazzo and Levico lakes, ideal for summer holidays, and even in the close Val dei Mocheni (valley) with its famous traditions (this valley has even been described by the well known writer Robert Musil in his book “The magic valley”) there are many typical restaurants still cooking following old local recipes of the “poor but loved” cuisine of the Trentino region.
